As you should know we will be retiring support for Practice 2000 on the 31st December 2017!

Practice 2000 Accounts have been sent invoices for subscription renewal only until 31st of December 2017. From then on Practice2000 will no longer be supported. All Practice 2000 users were sent a transition pack. If you would like to find out more get in contact with us.

All your existing data in Practice 2000 including appointments, invoices, payments and claims can be transferred to PrimaryClinic Practice, all when you book the installation and data migration.

Fee updates no longer available for Practice 2000

MBS, DVA, Workcover, TAC and Health Fund fee updates are all provided to PrimaryClinic Practice users as they become available on our website. The updates for PrimaryClinic Practice users only need click a few buttons to update fees. Practice 2000 clients will have to update the above fees manually and are therefore advised to transfer over to PrimaryClinic Practice as soon as possible.

Do you need to process claims for TAC? We are looking for interested clients to work with us so we can start development for TAC claims soon! The aim is to submit claims and receive payments electronically inside PrimaryClinic Practice. This will save time and enable you to receive payment quickly.

OVS Claims

OVS claims for your clinic?

Electronic OVS claims save time, stress and hassle for clinics and overseas patients.

PrimaryClinic Practice is already certified by Medicare for Overseas Claims. If you have overseas patients and are interested in lodging claims directly from your Practice Management System, please let us know.

HealthEngine Update!

Clinics can now set availability for all appointment types and publish them on HealthEngine automatically. This feature is available from PrimaryClinic’s Practice update, it ties into work with HealthEngine’s latest update. Now with availability by appointment types.

PrimaryClinic is now able to transfer patient demographics from Pracsoft to PrimaryClinic practice enabling Pracsoft users to switch seamlessly.

PrimaryClinic Practice in the platform is also known as Pracnet.

PrimaryClinic Medical in the platform is also known as Medinet.
