Release Note for Version 3.4.0:
- New Feature:
- Users can now hand-write clinical notes and add annotations to existing images using a Windows touchscreen laptop/tablet with compatible pens. The notes are saved as an image which can be inserted to Progress Notes or saved as a clinical document
- Enhancements:
- Updated latest Australian postcodes
- Enhanced security for PrimaryClinic hosted on the cloud by showing hyperlinks for users to copy to their local web browser instead of opening the server’s default web browser
- Bug fixes:
- Corrected default pathology request date to today
Release Note for Version 3.3.9:
- New Feature:
- The software now requires a valid licence key which you will be asked to enter when you login. Subsequently, new licence key can be entered under Help/Enter Licence Key
- Now user can send immunisation information to AIR without enabling MasterCare integration.
- Enhancements:
- Applied latest style guide for Lifecard, ReferralNet and GlobalHealth
- Added a checkbox on Pathology and Diagnostic Imaging Request screen for requesting healthcare providers to indicate that the patient has withdrawn their consent to upload the report(s) to the My Health Record system. The check box and the “Do not send reports to My Health Record” statement is printed at the bottom right corner of the clinical notes/reason for examination area. The consent status is also saved against each request for auditing and tracking purposes
- Updated product name and version number in My Health Record request/response XML’s SOAP header

- Bug fixes:
- The option that allows user to categorize documents by Type is now located right on Documents tab
- Plain text request for medical imaging is now printed to the correct tray as per settings under Printer Options
- Waiting Room now shows correct appointment time when patient arrives
Release Note for Version 3.3.7:
- Enhancements:
- The action of archiving a recall is recorded into Progress Notes.
- Rotarix vaccine replaces RotaTeq vaccine on Child Immunisation Schedule.
- Vaccines for AIR Claims are now up to date with AIR’s latest change of April 2018.
- The feature Search Progress Notes by keyword is enhanced, so that user can easily see how many results matching to the keyword. In addition, the found keywords are also highlighted, so the user knows where the keywords appear in clinical notes.
- Bug fixes:
- Default information provider when recording a new immunisation is set by referred provider of the user logged in.

Release Note for Version 3.3.3:
- Enhancements:
- The suburb suggestion list will appear when users type in the suburb field.
- A new option is provided to allow sending letters to LifeCard as pdf files.
- The user can now send documents to referral providers via ReferralNet Agent.
- Bug fixes:
- Synchronising ReferralNet settings between PrimaryClinic Practice and Medical is turned off when PrimaryClinic Medical is linking to another billing software.

- Now an authorised user can convert a staff profile into a doctor profile and vice versa. To use this feature, user needs to have the permission “Convert_Doctor/Staff”.

Release Note for Version 3.02.17:
- New features:
- AIR submission can now be done from PrimaryClinic Medical alone. This function can be enabled via Setup >> AIR Settings. If PrimaryClinic Practice is used in conjunction with PrimaryClinic Medical, AIR submission is still done in PrimaryClinic Practice.
- Enhancements:
- Vaccines for AIR Claims are now up to date with AIR’s latest change of March 2017. One new vaccine, Afluria Quad (AFLR) was added.
- Bug fixes:
- PrimaryClinic Medical can now read HL7 messages with both PDF and text content.
- Check Holding Results no longer returns an error about RapidSpell.
- Both external and archived providers are no longer showed in Provider selection list for recalls and reminders.

Release Note for Version 3.02.15:
- New features:
- Recalls can now be set up with a default email template.
- Mail Merge can now be done for both Recalls and Reminders(previously only available for Reminders).
- Enhancements:
- Recall module’s user interface is now consistent with Reminder module.
- “Print Customised Reminder/Recall” and “Print Default Reminder/Recall” are now removed as reminders/recalls printing can be done via Mail Merge.
- All selection lists now exclude external providers by default(external providers are providers who do not work for the clinic. They are normally created during data transfer from external software).
- Default screen layout is now automatically displayed if custom layout of the same screen is somehow corrupted.
- Bug fixes:
- Users with access to My Health Record can now view and download ACIR documents from My Health Record to Medinet.
- Upload to My Health Record now also works for patients whose ATSI status is ‘Not Asked’.
- Patient XML import is now working with files with strange characters in their content.
- Documents in Inbox can now be viewed with no error.

- Medications: User can now choose to prescribe by generic names instead of trade names.
- Enhancements:
- Address Book: A new column ‘Network’ is added to indicate which network (e.g. ReferralNet, NHSD…) each record belongs to. Each record’s ‘ReferralNet ID’ is also renamed to ‘Messaging ID’.
- Investigations/Inbox: the screen now refreshes immediately when new documents/results are saved to Inbox.
- Investigations/Check Holding Results: results which are cc-ed to more than 5 providers can now be imported successfully.
- My Health Record Upload: health condition’ bilateral information is now submitted to My Health Record.
- Selective Patient Access’ design is now consistent with PrimaryClinic Practice.

Release Note for Version 3.02.13:
- Enhancements:
- Obstetrics: Pregnancy No. is now editable.
- External providers are excluded from provider suggestion list of functions, such as, immunisations, reminders, recalls, waiting room, letters, documents.
Therefore, only internal providers are able to create new records in these functions.
- Bug fixes:
- Fixed the error Medinet is hung up when users suddenly cancel the process of scanning documents.
- Progress Notes: Corrected auto-generated wording while recording an examination or history.
- Tools menu: Fixed the error the menu Calculator of Blood Glucose, Blood Pressure, Renal Function, Respiratory Function, Weight,… is missing when opening the first patient.
- Result: Fixed the error Medinet cannot show an HTML-format result imported from Medical Director.
